The highlighted red area is where Tasmania is located. Brrr... I get to experience the Australian winter!
Dip Falls. You can see the top of the falls have a brown tinge. This is due to the tarrin (sp?) that comes from tree roots.
Henry and Elsa, a couple of my tour guides! :)

AgFest, the agricultural festival that is held every year. We went for a day because the kids were on Easter holiday. Here with Pip and Elsa, checking out all the different kinds of tractors.

Henry in his glory! John Deer is is fav though.
A booth for just about everything related to agriculture.
Millie at the end of the day. Her day was spent with the horses, her passion!
Pony Club Games. Millie is on the small pony named Inga. These were her first games and she was stoked!
With her team.
Olivia dreaming about next year when she gets to join.
The Nut, a volcanic plug created from harden magma.
My first day off was spent exploring.
One of the many views from atop The Nut.
You can see a bit of the Stanley Township below.
This trail was quite steep.....a good leg burner.
The next few pictures are from my new surroundings.
I found a jogging track through and around the paddocks.
There will be a lot more of this in the coming weeks. I reckon I'll need to invest in some gum boots.
I went to Rocky Cape for a day hike over the sister mountains and down to Cathedral Rocks.
The view from Tinker's Lookout
On the far right you can see a bit of The Nut. Directly in the center is a port. If I recall correctly, it's for shipping of iron/coal from the inland mines.
A cool tea brown river going through Sister Beach to the sea.
Isn't this water cool?! It's so clear.
At first glance it looks like a warning that says.....watch out for kangaroos that will lift your car! haha ;)
And this is my home while I am here! It's a lovely place.
That's all for now mates! I hope you have a fabulous day :)
