Sydney

Much of our time in Sydney was spent exploring the streets for The Rocks, the Opera House area and Killibilli. A highlight was seeing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Do you see where those two white boats are? This was the water entrance to the Admiralty House, where the royals stayed on their Australian tour. Not to mention we were staying 150 m away from us! ;)

The Rocks is the area of Sydney where the first British convicts were dropped off at.

The Aboriginal didgeridoo performers.

Of course the Harbor Bridge

Waiting for the royals

Prince William and Catherine

Construction workers loving their view.

Some more of The Rocks area.

These chimneys make me think of Mary Poppins for some reason.

Stretch to get on the bus....haha!

Candy making in progress

The photographer that was shooting these wedding pics was using the building windows as his reflector

Sunny days, java, bayside, pirate tour.....love it.

Happy 50th Hilks!

SW Coast

The Southwest Coast of OZ is gorge! We made our way along the coastal route towards Sydney. First stopping in Sussex Inlet to enjoy five days in a home. It was perfect as these days were a bit rainy and allowed for great veg time! Hop onboard for the few pics that I took.

Hilkka loves Australia! :)

Exploring around the lake in Sussex Inlet.
Laughing, a common sighting :)

On the road to Kiama. Ohhhh, look out for the wind and rain. P.S. we are not quite ready for the cold weather to set in ;)
Lil Blowhole
and the big one!

I wonder if this man is entertaining the idea of jumping into this oceanside swimming pool? :)

Trust! It's not a painting. The ocean was angry, hence all the colors. It was incredible!

We took advantage of one of our rain days and went to check out a waterfall.

Beautiful countryside. I have never seen Australia so green. I reckon the rain helps with that!

Another house, but this one has a view of the ocean! Gorgeous along with a bit of warm weather.
Happy Easter from The Entrance.
